Officers from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a home invasion in Bolton.
On March 31st, shortly before 5:00 a.m., officers responded to a home invasion at a residence Old King Road in Bolton. Four individuals were home at the time. The preliminary findings indicates that four male suspects entered the residence, and a firearm was displayed. After a confrontation with one of the occupants, the invaders fled on foot. Minor injuries were sustained as a result of the incident.
The investigation is ongoing by the Caledon OPP Major Crime Unit with the assistance from the OPP Forensic Identification Unit (FIS), OPP Central Region Canine Unit, and OPP Emergency Response Team.
