Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE) cameras will go live in some school and Community Safety Zones (CSZs) on County roads in Wellington County.
The one-year Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE) Pilot Programme will help curb speeding, alter driver behaviour, and increase safety in our communities. The ASE cameras will be used alongside other traffic control measures that focus on education and enforcement.
Coming Soon signs were installed 90 days prior to the go live date, providing sufficient notice to residents, commuters, and visitors. These signs will be replaced with Camera in Use signs when the cameras are activated.
