More changes are coming to Broadway Avenue in Orangeville. A new application has been submitted for the redevelopment of 221 to 229 Broadway. Proposed is an 8 story building with 65 residential units with retail businesses on the ground floor. If approved, there would be 92 underground parking spaces and 61 surface parking spaces. The proposal is still subject to approval by Council.
