The Town of Caledon will hold a Public Information Meeting about a proposed official plan amendment to establish a new secondary plan in south-central Caledon. The meeting will take place on November 20 at 6:30 p.m. at the Southfields Community Centre. The secondary plan would include land use mapping and policies to enable the development of a new residential community.The purpose of the meeting is to present an overview of the proposal, obtain feedback and answer questions. No Council decision has been made about this proposal and a statutory public meeting (hosted by the Town’s Planning and Development Committee) will be scheduled for a future date.
