Officers from the Caledon OPP have recovered a stolen vehicle from an alert by the police vehicle’s Automated Licence Plate Recognition system.
On October 28th shortly before 11:00 p.m., an officer was on patrol on Kennedy Road, in the community of Southfields Village. At that time, an alert was received by the ALPR system advising the officer of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was later located at a residence on Valleyscape Trail. The investigation led to two individuals being arrested.
As a result, a 27 year old man and a 31 year old woman have been charged.
