Police have reported a rise in residents having their mail stolen.
Caledon OPP say within the last couple of months, thefts have been occurring predominantly during the daytime hours and targeting both community and individual mailboxes.
The Community Street Crime Unit recommends you remove mail as soon as possible following delivery.
If you plan on being away for an extended period of time, have a trusted person pick it up for you.
