Income tax season can be a stressful.
The Orangeville Public Library is hosting the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program throughout April and March.
The free clinics provide a service staffed by trained volunteers who will assist eligible individuals, from students to seniors, with filing their 2023 tax return.
Some important things to note:
- Clinics are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Participants must bring personal identification, all tax slips, rent or property tax receipts, and charitable donation receipts.
A drop-off service is also available during the library’s open hours.
Clinics will run Tuesday, March 5th to Thursday, April 25th.
For an in-person interview with a tax volunteer,
visit the library Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
