The Milton Menace are getting ready for their next season.
Earlier this summer, we covered signings and trades made by the local Ontario Junior Hockey League (OJHL) team. Read that here. In the time since, the Menace have added a few more players to the roster. Those include:
- Jaedon Holloway, LD, 6’0″, 183lbs
- The 17-year-old Georgetown, ON native joins the Menace after a 29-game season with the Toronto Nationals U18 AAA team last year. He also played one game with the Menace last season, totaling no points and four penalty minutes.
- Madden MacDougall, F, 5’9″, 160lbs
- Milton will be adding some skill with this acquisition. The undersized 18-year-old forward joins the team after spending last year with the Elmira Sugar Kings in the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League (GOJHL). He scored 13 goals with 25 assists in 45 games.
- James Jagodic, C, 6’4″, 200lbs
- If MacDougall was about adding skill, this addition is about size. Jagodic is a large body for the Menace to deploy down the middle. He played with the Brantford 99ers in the OJHL last year. Despite being a contributor offensively in the U18 AAA league a year previously, Jagodic only added one goal and two assists in 15 games. The 18-year-old could get a bigger opportunity here in Milton.
- Markus Hicks, RD, 6’2″, 200lbs
- This London, ON native (by way of Guelph) actually spent last year in the United States. He played 50-total games for the Richmond Generals, splitting time between three separate teams in the organization. He scored a total of two goals and 13 assists, and will add some size and experience to the Menace’s backend.
- Aidan Taylor, F, 5’10”, 170lbs
- The Menace are getting Taylor to come to Ontario from his previous stint Kindersley, Saskatchewan. He played for the Klippers in Saskatchewan’s version of the OJHL. In 25 games, Taylor scored three times and assisted on seven more goals. The Menace say the 18-year-old can really fly on the ice, so this could be a sneaky pick for breakout player for the team.
- Jayden Levesque, F, 5’9″, 150lbs
- Milton’s Mighty Mouse! The undersized 17-year-old local boy will get a shot at playing for his hometown team. He played for the Toronto Titans U18 AAA team last year, scoring 16 goals and 20 assists in 36 games. He also played one game for the Georgetown Raiders, going scoreless with four penalty minutes.

The Milton Menace also announced their new captain! Owen Forester took the ‘C’ from inaugural captain Jordan Stock last year. Now that he’s off to Yale University, the Menace needed a new leader. In June, the team announced that Connor Driscoll will be the team’s third-ever captain.
This will be the 20-year-old right-winger’s second season with the franchise. Last year, Driscoll totaled 21-goals and 25-assists in 53-games. He’ll look to take the Menace to the playoffs for the third straight season, and hopefully, win their first championship.
The 2023-2024 schedule has been released! The Milton Menace will open up the season at home on Friday, September 8th with a game against the Brantford 99ers. Puck-drop at the Milton Memorial Arena will be at 7:30 p.m.
Season tickets will go on-sale on Tuesday, August 1st.
