Fire crews have got the blaze under control
From the town:
The fire at Townline and Orange Street, Orangeville is under control thanks to Orangeville Fire and our neighbouring municipal fire fighters. There are no known injuries or casualties related to this fire.
Townline is now open but Orange Street remains closed to vehicular traffic. We ask that the public continue to avoid the immediate area while crews remain on site.

The Town of Orangeville is advising residents to stay clear from the area of Townline and Orange Street as Fire crews work to put out a residential blaze.

Please be advised that Orangeville Fire is actively responding to a residential fire in the vicinity of Townline and Orange Street in Orangeville, with support from surrounding municipalities.
We’re asking the public to please avoid the area while response is underway.
