In just over a month, the Town of Milton will hold its municipal election.
Residents will vote for Town and Regional Councillors, the local Mayor, and School Board Trustees.
FM 101 Milton has reached out to all candidates for Council with hopes of learning more about all of their campaigns.
One of the Wards that is guaranteed to have a new Town Councillor is Ward 3. This comes after incumbent Ward 3 Town Councillor Rick Di Lorenzo made the decision to run for Regional Councillor for Ward 3 in this election. One of the candidates for this open position is Adil Khalqi. He spoke with us this week about his platform and a handful of topics affecting Milton, including:

- Transit
- Traffic
- Construction
- Environmental concerns
