The Town of Orangeville Community Art Mosaic project, was unveiled yesterday at Town Hall.
Mayor Sandy Brown, along with Chair of the Town’s Cultural Plan Task Force, Lisa Post, revealed the image composed of 500 tiles painted by residents in our community, throughout the summer.
“Art has the power to bring people together,” said Mayor Sandy Brown.
“The Orangeville mural is a legacy of our community’s resilience during these challenging times and is a clear illustration that we are stronger together. Thank you to all the talented artists who participated in this creative venture.”
The community is welcome to check out the Mosaic at Town Hall.
Town Hall hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
