On Wednesday evening (Jul. 29) Orangeville Fire was called out to a combine that had caught on fire in the 5 sideroad and Blind Line area in Amaranth.
Caledon, Shelburne and Grand Valley fire crews were also called in to assist as the tractor caught fire while working in a field.
No injuries were reported however the combine was a complete write-off and there was extensive damage to the field.
