Toronto police now believe a burnt out vehicle found in Forks of the Credit Park in Caledon was the same one used to abduct a teen boy who’s the subject of an Amber Alert.
14-year-old Shammah Jolayemi’s kidnapping was allegedly over a dispute involving his step-brother and drug traffickers.
In a press conference, Toronto Police reported it’s all in retribution for unpaid drug debt amounting to $4 million worth of cocaine.
But police believe the Toronto teen is still alive.
Forks of the Credit Police Investigation
On Thursday afternoon, there was heavy police presence at Forks of the Credit Park in Caledon.
Media outlets reported police were investigating a torched vehicle in the area.

When myFM News spoke Caledon OPP about the investigating at the park, police kept tight-lipped.
But constable Iryna Nebogatova said there is no threat to public safety.
Nebogatova declined to comment about when the investigation began.
The park’s entrances have been closed off at Maclaren Road.
Amber Alert in Effect
Just after midnight today, an Amber Alert was went out.
14-year-old Shammah Jolayemi was last seen yesterday morning around 8:25 in the area of Jane Street and Driftwood Avenue.
Reports indicate that two males allegedly forced Shammah into a black Jeep.
The vehicle of interest is dark coloured, possibly a black Jeep Wrangler with oversized tires, a front-mounted brush bar and round fog lights.
Shammah is described as 5’11” to 6’ tall, slim build, with short dark brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a grey hooded sweater, grey track pants with a thin orange stripe on the pants, a shiny black puffy winter coat, black and yellow air Jordan shoes and may have been carrying a red and black Adidas backpack.
Police are extremely concerned for his safety and urge anyone who recognizes him, or has any information about his whereabouts, to contact officers.
If anyone sees Shammah they should immediately contact authorities.
Officers also want to speak to the boy’s step-brother Olalekan Osikoya and encourage him to contact police.
