Bridge rehabilitation work will be commencing on the pedestrian bridge structure on Caledon Trailway over Hwy 10, just south of the Grange Side Road in Caledon.
The work is expected to begin the week of May 19th and will include bridge rehabilitation, bearing replacement, asphalt removal and repaving, and site restoration.
Access for school buses, emergency services, mail, and waste disposal vehicles will be maintained during this project. Credit Valley Trail (Between Caledon Trailway and Ken Whillans Conservation Area Parking Lot) will be temporarily closed from May 19 to August 15th. Caledon Trailway (Between Mclaughlin Road and Kennedy Road) will be temporarily closed for short term during the bridge rehabilitation. An advanced notice for Caledon Trailway closure will be provided for the duration of the closure.
