The Dufferin Board of Trade is continuing its longstanding tradition of fostering informed civic engagement by hosting an election debate for the Dufferin-Caledon riding.
The debate will take place on Tuesday, April 15, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Town of Orangeville Opera House. This important event offers voters a vital opportunity to hear directly from the candidates, learn about their platforms, and make informed decisions at the ballot box.
This year’s debate is presented in partnership with the Orangeville Food Bank, the Dufferin Federation of Agriculture, and Headwaters Communities in Action, with support from Theatre Orangeville.
The debate is open to the public, and all residents of Dufferin-Caledon are encouraged to attend, engage, and participate in this essential democratic process. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions from the floor during the event. Community members are also invited to submit their questions in advance via email, or bring them in writing 30 minutes before the event start time.
