The Hills of Headwaters Cooperative recently hosted the Caledon Health Summit at the Southfields Community Centre. The event brought together elected officials, health care leaders, and community representatives to discuss the future of health and social services in Caledon.
The three-hour summit focused on key topics such as demographics, health and social outcomes in Caledon, existing challenges and opportunities within the health care system, and strategies to improve resident experiences.
This will ensure that as the community grows, residents have access to the health and social services they need.
