Erin Environment and Sustainability Advisory Committee (ESAC) Representative Coun. John Brennan, along with ESAC volunteers delivered grant cheques yesterday to four schools ranging in value from $200 to $265. This year, Erin Public School, Ross R. MacKay Public School, St. John Brebeuf Catholic School, and Brisbane Public School received grants that will be used to support environmental stewardship programs at the schools. The ESAC Youth Environmental Grant is designed to foster youth environmental stewardship by investing in environmental projects, initiatives, education, and art that contributes to environmental sustainability.
