A new study by NordVPN investigated Canadians’ commuting habits and device usage during their travel. Some of the insights reveal that:
● 63% of Canadians connect to the internet while commuting and 77% of them spend up to one hour online.
● 73% of commuters in Canada use smartphones during their travels – 6 out of 10 listen to music or podcasts, 50% call and message people, and 47% scroll social media.
● 73% of commuting Canadians feel concerned about cybersecurity threats.
