Glen Eden will be temporarily closing for one day this week.
Warmer temperatures and an incoming rainstorm have caused the Conservation Halton ski-hill to hit the pause button on Wednesday, March 5th.
Conservation Halton is also warning of an increase in water levels this week. Read more here.
The closure of Glen Eden is expected to allow their snow groomers some time to restore the slopes uninterrupted after the rain.
Spring also begins on Thursday, March 20th, so it’s worth noting that Glen Eden has a finite amount of days left before they officially close for the season.
