Milton Mayor Gord Krantz is endorsing Ontario Premier and Leader of the Progressive Conservative Party, Doug Ford.
On Thursday, February 20th, Premier Ford was joined by Mayor Krantz in Milton, along with Nova Scotia Premier Tim Houston, ahead of the 2025 Provincial Election date next week.
“Doug Ford and I have been friends and colleagues for many years, says Krantz. “He led Ontario through some tough times and I am confident in his ability to continue to lead us through another period of turbulence with the threat of tariffs and trade uncertainty on the horizon. He has proven himself able to protect Ontario businesses and the broader economy. His commitment to bringing two-way, all-day GO to Milton and his support on a range of local issues show that he understands what is necessary to support Milton. Doug has always been receptive to the needs of Miltonians. I’m proud to call Doug a friend and provide him with my full endorsement this election.”
Locally, Ford’s PC Party is representing by incumbent MPP Zee Hamid. We interviewed Hamid last week. Hear from him here.
