2025 Maple Syrup Experience
Our 2025 Maple Experience Opens Family Day long weekend (February 15, 16, 17 and runs every weekend through April 6 plus Monday, March 10 & Friday, March 14 of March break as well as Friday, April 4th (PD Day).
Join us for our annual Canadian tradition!
Our Maple Syrup Experience includes entry to the Maple Syrup Museum of Ontario, all you can eat pancakes and a side of bacon and breakfast sausage with our award-winning Ontario pure maple syrup, and a walk on our sugar shack trail to our maple sugar shack to see maple syrup being made firsthand while tasting maple taffy over snow, maple sugar, sap and our syrup styles.
Your maple experience begins with our famous pancake breakfast/brunch inside our warm Horse Barn Canteen. Follow that with a 10 – 15-minute sugarbush trail walk to enjoy the sugarbush experience. There you will visit our sugar shack, check sap buckets, and taste raw sap, partially cooked sap, maple sugar and maple toffee over snow. Our Maple sugar shack is open from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm during our experience. Return from the Sugar Bush to our Heritage Barn to visit the Maple Syrup Museum of Ontario and taste our Award-Winning Maple Syrup grades which are available for purchase along with our maple products, locally sourced gifts, hot chocolate, coffee, Canadian side bacon and maple breakfast sausage.

The Maples Academy PTA is excited to announce we are hosting a Spring Market on April 13th, 8am-1pm! The market invites opportunities for yard sale, craft vendors and any small businesses to come out for a morning to sell their products. The vendors will rent a space which raises money for the school while all profits from the day's event are theirs to keep! In addition to these vendors, we will also hold raffles and silent auctions for which we are currently seeking donations from local businesses. If you are looking to donate, act as a vendor, or simply attend, it is sure to be a great day! This market will provide an opportunity to fundraise for the continued enrichment of our students' experiences and education at The Maples Academy and also engage with our local community.
