A Shelburne resident is facing impaired operation charges after being stopped by police on Wednesday (dec18) morning.
Dufferin OPP were conducting traffic enforcement along Highway 10 in Mono, when they stopped a driver they suspected to be suspended.
Following a brief conversation with the driver, police laid charges.
A 36-year-old male, from Shelburne is facing charges of impaired operation, driving with cannabis readily available and driving while under suspension.
His licence was suspended and vehicle impounded.
He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
