Officers from the Caledon OPP have charged a driver with impaired operation for having a blood alcohol concentration of over three times the legal limit.
On December 16th just after 2:00 a.m., an officer patrolling Highway 10 in Caledon came across a vehicle stopped at a green light at the intersection of Old School Road. A traffic stop was conducted. As a result of the investigation, a 50 year old male from Dundalk was charged with Operation while impaired. The driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days, and the vehicle impounded for seven.
