An armed carjacking in Toronto has resulted in the arrest of a man wanted for allegedly shooting at vehicles on the 401.
Toronto police responded to a report of a shooting, where a male was seriously injured and the suspect fled in the victim’s car.
The suspect crashed the vehicle into a gas pump and abandoned it, but was caught after a brief foot chase.
A 29-year-old man was found to be wanted for shooting incidents on the highway.
Police did recover a firearm.
