Caledon OPP has charged the driver of a suspicious vehicle with impaired operation for having a blood alcohol concentration of nearly four times the legal limit.
On October 24th shortly after 6:00 p.m., Caledon OPP was dispatched to the area of Ella Court, in Caledon, for a report of a suspicious vehicle. Officers located the vehicle and the driver. Officers had reason to believe the driver was impaired and it was determined the driver had four times the legal limit.
As a result of their investigation, a 41 year old man from Caledon, was charged.
