Members of the Dufferin Detachment of the OPP have charged a York Region resident with impaired operation related offences as the result of a single motor vehicle into the ditch.
On October 27th, just after 9:15 p.m., Dufferin OPP officers were dispatched to a vehicle in the ditch in the area of Highway 89 in the Township of Mulmur. The officers arrived on scene and were quickly began an impaired driving investigation.
A 52-year-old male, from York Region has been charged.
