The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) says this morning’s missing person has been located.
They say the person is safe.

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) needs help in locating a missing Burlington woman.
19-year-old Kai Ruhl was last seen on foot at roughly 6:20 a.m. on Friday, October 25th in the area of Lakeshore Road and Hampton Heath Road in Burlington.
The HRPS describe Ruhl as:
- white
- female
- approximately 5’4” tall with a medium build
- dark brown shoulder length hair
- lip, eyebrow and nose piercings
Ruhl was last seen wearing a white sweater, black baggy pants and white shoes. She is known to frequent local park and trails.
Family and police are concerned for her safety and anyone with information about Kai or her possible location is asked to contact police through 9-1-1 or via the non-emergency line at 905 825 4777.
