If you noticed there was a heavy police presence at Headwaters Hospital yesterday you weren’t imagining things. It was all part of a mock scenario which Dufferin (OPP) participated in. The scenario began around 8:30 yesterday morning. The OPP would like to thank the public for their patience and understanding. There was never any threat to public safety.
