Charges have been laid following a multi vehicle collision in Melancthon on Tuesday (oct1) afternoon.
Dufferin OPP respoded to a 3 car pile up on County Road 124 around 4:30 on October 1.
A 28 year old Shelburne resident is facing impaired operation charges.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Court at a later date.
