Caledon OPP have charged a driver involved in a rollover collision with failure or refusal to comply with demand.
On September 19th, officers responded to a single motor vehicle collision in the area of Old School Road and Airport Road in Caledon.
During the investigation, officers formed grounds that the driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
As a result a 58-year-old male from Caledon, was charged with:
• Failure or refusal to comply with demand
The accused is scheduled to attend Court to answer to the charge.
Caledon OPP would like to take this opportunity to remind motorists that failure or refusal to comply with a demand in an impaired operation investigation is a criminal offence.
