A 55-year-old Caledon resident has been charged with impaired driving following an incident on September 11th.
OPP officers responded to a verbal dispute at a local residence around 9 p.m., where they found two individuals, one with a minor injury.
It was determined that the injury occurred while the person was on the lap of a driver operating a skid steer.
The driver was found to be impaired by alcohol and was arrested.
They are charged with having a blood alcohol concentration over 80 and will appear in court in Orangeville at a later date.
