The Town of Erin has recently acknowledged residents’ concerns over the recent $20,000 brand refresh.
The town called to the community for assistance with their overall re-brand, to reflect on the community today and where they’re headed.
The urgency to align the branding with the new water tower’s construction led to expedited timelines to avoid extra costs, but the town now admits that this impacted public engagement.
The town says they will improve the process by slowing down and ensuring feedback is incorporated before finalizing the brand.
A new website has been launched for community engagement, and a public open house will be held on October 1st to gather input and address concerns.
