A 17-year-old from Markham has been arrested in connection with a shooting at a house party in Caledon.
The incident took place on August 11th, at a residence on Castlederg Sideroad.
Officers responded to the scene just before midnight, where one individual was found injured and taken to a Toronto trauma center with a gunshot wound.
Following an investigation, the Caledon OPP Major Crime Unit arrested the suspect on September 19th.
The youth faces several serious charges, including aggravated assault and multiple firearm-related offenses.
Due to the Youth Criminal Justice Act, the name of the accused is not being released.
