The Town of Erin shared the news that Rogers Communications is applying to have a new telecommunication tower built north of Hillsburgh.
The proposed location is at a property on Trafalgar Road, the tower would be 70 metres tall with three guyed lines providing support.
The application process is managed by Canada’s Department of Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED).
A representative from Rogers spoke to Erin council late last week, the consultation period remains open until the end of this weekend.
