Wellington County OPP responded to a serious collision early Saturday morning on Wellington Road 124, west of Erin.
Initial reports indicated that a white sport utility vehicle collided with a pedestrian on Wellington Road 124 between Wellington Road 125 and Third Line.
Emergency service responded and the pedestrian, a 21-year-old male from Erin, was transported to a trauma centre with life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
Investigators are asking anyone who was driving in the area and has dashcam footage,
or anyone with information related to the collision to call 1-888-310-1122.
