This Friday, March 8th is International Women’s Day.
Through out the week, we’ll be chatting with local women in our community about what International Women’s Day means to them.
Today we spoke with Chair of the Family Transition Place Board of Directors & Local Business Owner, Rapinder Kaur.
Rapinder is the founder and owner of Art As Therapy in Orangeville, providing art psychotherapy for children, youth, and adults of all ages.

Serena Ryder will join Family Transition Place for a fundraising luncheon in celebration of International Women’s Day.
Taking place at Hockley Valley Resort on Friday, March 8th – The event provides a networking opportunity, connecting with friends and celebrating the accomplishments of women, all while supporting FTP.
In addition to an opportunity to get to know her, Serena will also treat the audience by performing one of her songs.
Ahead of the event, Serena will join Nick on the Get Up & Go Morning Show to chat about all things International Women’s Day.
