This weekend, Santa Claus is coming to Downtown Orangeville’s two-day Joy and Lights celebration!
Friday night, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. enjoy Starlight Shopping and the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony at 6:50 p.m.
FRIDAY ROAD CLOSURE: 4 to 9 p.m.
Second Street from Broadway to the south side of Dairy Lane (behind Town Hall)
Saturday is the Santa Claus Parade!
Pre-parade entertainment begins at 4:15 p.m. and the parade starts at 5 p.m. on First Street at Hansen Blvd.
SATURDAY ROAD CLOSURES: 3 to 7 p.m.
Hansen Blvd – First St to Fairgrounds Shopping Centre
First St – Hansen Blvd to Broadway
Broadway – First St to Sherbourne St
Fourth St – Broadway to Second Ave
Second Ave – Fourth St to Sherbourne St
Sherbourne St – Broadway to Second Ave
Transit Service will cease at 2:45 p.m. due to the parade. The last bus will leave the Transfer Hub at 2:15 p.m.
No parking will be permitted on Broadway or First Street through the parade route.
