The Milton Menace have named the second captain in franchise history.
After a farewell from Jordan Stock, the Milton Menace were left without a declared leader for the first time since their inaugural season. That has changed with the announcement of Owen Forrester as the captain of the Menace.
The 18-year-old right handed defenceman had a breakout season for the Milton Menace last year. After scoring just three goals and six assists in 29 games for Milton as a 16-year-old in the Ontario Junior Hockey League, Forester ended up scoring four goals and 21 assist across 27 games. He was also able to limit his time in the penalty box, cutting his PIMs nearly in half over the same amount games across the 2019-2020 season and the 2021-2022 campaign.
As for Stock, the Menace announced on Twitter recently that he has committed to Brock University in St. Catherines. He will play for the Badgers in the 2022-2023 season.
