Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health has decided to participate in the province’s AstraZeneca Primary Care Pilot.
Public Health and participating local Family Health Teams, including Dufferin Area Family Health Team, are partnering to deliver the project.
Local physicians will vaccinate healthy adults between the ages of 60 to 64 with the AstraZeneca vaccine.
This pilot is already underway in our region and, as more vaccine becomes available, it can be rolled out to additional primary care offices.
