Caledon OPP have identified the casualty in yesterday morning’s fatal collision on Highway 10.
50-year-old Patrizia Lopez was pronounced dead at the scene of a collision between her sedan and a dump truck.
Caledon OPP say initial investigation revealed the dump truck was travelling south on Highway 10 and a sedan was going east on Old Base Line Road.
The vehicles entered the intersection of Highway 10 and Old Base Line Road, where they collided.
The dump truck driver was physically unscathed.
Police continue to investigate the crash and are asking witnesses to come forward with further information.
