The Orangeville Food Bank is making some changes amid the ongoing COVID-19 crisis.
The charity has changed from a shopping model to a hamper model to minimize time spent at the food bank.
Prepared boxes of food, including fresh and perishable items are still available.
The Food Bank is seeing an increase in the need for food support as children are home for the next three weeks, as well as hourly workers that may see a reduction to their income.
Non-perishable items can be dropped off at any grocery store or consider making a monthly donation through Canada Helps.
Some items they are desperately in need of are canned fruits in water, kids snacks, peanut butter and canned meat such as chicken and turkey.
