A Shelburne pastor charged with sexual assault is expected to enter a plea in Toronto court this summer.
The Banner reports that 52-year-old Daniel Ishmael George’s case has been delayed until July 13 following two bail hearings earlier this month.
George was arrested in December 2018 for allegedly sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl on three occasions between October and November that same year.
He worked as a pastor at the School of Outreach Temple in Toronto. Toronto Police say George has ties to Brampton, Toronto and Montreal.
