Hockley Valley Resort and the Adamo Estate Winery have a new top chef with an international pedigree.
Iniyan Vijay leaves his post as the restaurant chef at the Adamo Estate Winery to take on the chef de cuisine position.
He completed his culinary education in India, Canada and the U.K.
The resort says he’s known for his culinary creativity and making friends by the time dessert arrives.
