A young person is facing charges after allegedly breaking into Centre Dufferin District High School.
Shelburne Police say it received a complaint on August 8 that the school had been broken into and several items had been stolen.
With the help of video surveillance, officers identified and arrested a suspect. The youth, who cannot be identified, was charged with break and enter with intent to commit theft, mischief and possession of property obtained by crime.
They’ll answer to the charge in court next month.
