Sarah Aston’s passion for fitness and love of horses inspired her to help local at risk youth.
Her work with youth started about a decade ago when she organized a fundraiser to help build a gym at CHOICES Youth Shelter.
Today, the local realtor continues to work with at risk youth at a farm in Adjala where they build confidence and life skills in the stables.
Aston also helped co-found the local chapter of 100 Women Who Care in 2018.
Her charity work has rubbed off on other local women who now join the organization quarterly to give back to the community.
