Orangeville Police launched its annual Toy and Food Drive this weekend.

Members of the Auxiliary Unit will be stationed at the Wal-Mart in Town for the next three weekends collecting toy and food donations for local families in need this holiday season. They will be there on Friday from 6-9 p.m., Saturday 12-4 p.m., and Sunday 12-4 p.m..

People can donate new, unwrapped toys, non-perishable food items, Canadian Tire money, and cash.

Donations can also be dropped off at the Orangeville Police Station.

If you aren't able to drop off your donations, you can arrange a member of the auxiliary to pick up your donation. You can call 519-941-2522 ext. 2221 to arrange for this service.

Donations can also be dropped off at: the Orangeville Police Community Trailer at Kay Cee Gardens Optimist Club Christmas in the Park, The Salvation Army New Hope Church, The Salvation Army Thrift Store, Orangeville Town Hall, DUCA Financial Services, Shoeless Joe's, the LCBO at both the Broadway and Riddell Road location, Royal LePage RCR Realty, and Winners.
