A few days ago the Jr. B Northmen were on the brink of elimination. Now the boys can call themselves back-to-back OJBLL Champions.

Orangeville rolled over the Green Gaels 13-5 in Game 5 to win the J.A. MacDonald Trophy for the second straight season.

The Northmen were firing on all cylinders out of the gate, taking a 5-1 lead in the first period. They would add six more in the second period and two in the third to clinch the club's fifth OJBLL title.

Nik Farrus scored a hat trick and added two assists, while Kyle Waters added a pair of goals and three assists.

The Northmen won't have much time to celebrate the win as they have to get to Saskatoon and defend the Founders Cup.

The National Championship starts Tuesday (Aug. 15).
